Services
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a massage technique that improves lymph flow in the body, boosting the immune system and bettering overall health.
MLD Therapy is often used to assist in pre/post-natal fluid removal, skin rejuvenation, general metabolism boost, and event prep [to decrease puffiness and fluid retention]
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Massage
Post-Operative Treatment helps to remove excess fluid accumulated after surgery by gently pumping it back into the lymph vessels, reducuing pain, swelling, inflammation, the risk of infection and the formation of scar tissue.
Without MLD, inflammation can lead to extended pain and discomfort, fibrosis or development of a seroma.

* MLD can reduce recovery time! Many surgeons recommend Lymphatic Drainage Massage after aesthetic and plastic surgery procedures to ensure their patients achieve optimal results.
WILL MLD HURT?
NO! Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is pain-free, gentle and rhythmic – meant to move superficial fluids directly below the skin. The massage should never target deep muscles.
HOW MANY WILL I NEED?
MLD is not a one-time treatment.
**Multiple sessions are required to achieve optimal results. Sessions and durations are recommended based on your surgical procedure(s).
WHEN CAN I START?
We recommend starting 3-7 days post-surgery. While receiving services sooner is possible, you may still be extremely sensitive to touch – causing discomfort during your session.
FOR BEST RESULTS!
For the best, most effective results, we recommend starting a regular treatment plan of 2-3 sessions a week the first 2 weeks, then decreasing to 1-2 sessions on week 3 to 4. *Your therapist will then reevaluate.
